Article XI – Dissolution
- Upon dissolution, any AAPCM assets remaining after the payment of liabilities and obligations will be distributed to AHSCU; provided, however, that if AAPCM received any donations that are subject to stipulations of the donor, such stipulations will be followed to the greatest extent possible.
